Jerry Bollt
In 1993, Jerry was chosen to direct the marketing and sales of custom estate homes at Vintage Oaks in the prestigious Polo Club of Boca Raton, where he achieved record-breaking sales. In 2001, Jerry was named Project Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kenco Communities' Stone Creek Ranch, an ultra-luxurious enclave of lakefront estate homes ranging in price from over $4 million to $10 million. In 2008, after becoming increasingly more aware of Sotheby's International Realty's incomparable regional, national and international network of offices, leading edge marketing resources and incomparable brand power, Jerry opted to make a change and brought his vast experience, knowledge and expertise to Nestler Poletto Sotheby's International Realty.
